Yuffie from Final Fantasy VII, nothing much to explain. It took me about 2-3 days, was inspired by 
because she has such beautiful drawings
Stuff I used:
-4H, 2H, H, HB, 2B, 4B, 6B pencils
-regular printer paper
-tissues for blending
-kneaded earaser
-reference
